Justin Kittredge is the co-founder of Shooting Touch, Inc. and chimes in on the operations and development of the organization when he is not busy (which is never) running his new footwear startup, ISlide, Inc. Justin's incredible vision for Shooting Touch has been the founding and driving force behind its fast moving growth here in Boston and overseas. Justin's energy and passion for Shooting Touch is incredible and felt by all who come before him.
Justin spent the past 15 years working in the athletic footwear industry, most recently as the Director of the Basketball Product Division at Reebok. Justin and his team worked to create, market and sell NBA basketball shoes throughout the United States and abroad. In January, 2013 Justin left Reebok to start his own footwear company called ISlide, Inc. which manufactures, markets and sells premium custom athletic sandals. The company, having launched in August of 2013, is already garnering the attention and support of big and small box retailers around the country.

Kathy is the winningest head coach in Ivy League history, head coach Kathy Delaney-Smith enters her 36th season with Harvard basketball in 2017-18. Delaney-Smith has put Harvard basketball on the map and expanded its reach both nationally and internationally as one of the longest tenured coaches in collegiate women’s basketball.
Delaney–Smith grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, one of six children. She attended Sacred Heart high school, but the school had no gym classes so she picked up her basketball skills playing on basketball courts across the street from where she lived. She played on the basketball team in high school and became the first female in Massachusetts basketball history to score 1000 points.
Delaney-Smith resides in Newton, Mass. Her son, Jared, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and currently works for Credit Suisse in New York City.

In September 2012, Amy Latimer was promoted to President of the TD Garden. As President, Latimer is responsible for all day-to-day operating functions of the arena, one of the most active, highly regarded and successful sports and entertainment venues in North America. With almost two decades of knowledge and experience in the sports and arena industry, Latimer continues to champion the TD Garden as an industry innovator, overseeing the areas of premium service, fan experience and overall revenue generation.
For six seasons as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Latimer was responsible for developing and leading all sales and marketing strategies for the Boston Bruins and TD Garden. This included the advertising, corporate partnerships, community relations, tickets sales, and Premium Club sales and service. A recognized leader in the sports & Arena industry, she was name one of Sports Business Journal's 'Game Changers' in 2011.
Latimer was part of the inaugural executive team at the TD Garden and started as the Director of Marketing in 1995. She went on to launch the arena's e-Business department, harnessing website strategies and database marketing. She served as the Director of e-Business and then Vice President of Ticketing and then the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for both the Boston Bruins and the arena before assuming her current position.

Jackie MacMullan is a freelance sportswriter and NBA columnist for ESPN.com. In 1982, she joined The Boston Globe, serving as a columnist and associate editor until March 2008. From 1995 to 2000, her work with Sports Illustrated included NBA coverage as a senior writer. From 1996 to 1999, she became a regular contributor to CNN/SI, the 24-hour news network
In 1999, MacMullan worked with Larry Bird on his autobiography, "Bird Watching: on Playing and Coaching the Game I Love." In 2006 she released "Geno: In Pursuit of Perfection" with Geno Auriemma. MacMullan has been a correspondent for several cable television networks such as ESPN, CNNSI, Comcast Sports, and WHDH-TV in Boston. She is also a regular contestant – not to mention the only female, on the ESPN program "Around the Horn."
On May 12, 2010, Jackie MacMullan and longtime Cleveland Cavaliers radio play-by-play announcer Joe Tait received the Curt Gowdy Media Award from the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The awards are presented annually to members of the print and electronic media who made a significant contribution to the game of basketball. MacMullan was the first woman to receive the honor in its 21-year history.

Cory joins Shooting Touch as the current Director of Nursing for public health giant Partners in Health. Having lived in Rwanda for a number of years and currently playing a huge role in PIH's rollout of their University of Global Health Equity, Cory's knowledge of the Rwandan public health landscape is not to be rivaled.
Cory is a Registered Nurse also practicing at Boston's Mass General hospital and will be pursuing her PhD in Nursing from Regis College in 2018.

Marisa Moseley spent the past three seasons as the head coach at Boston University, her alma mater, where she guided the women’s basketball program to a 45-29 overall record. Moseley was named the Patriot League Coach of the Year after her first BU team finished fourth in 2018-19 after being chosen in the preseason to finish ninth. During the COVID19-influenced 2020-21 season, she led her team to a 12-3 finish and a spot in the conference tournament championship game.
Prior to Boston University, Moseley coached three national players of the year and 11 All-Americans while assisting UConn to a 331-14 record and two of the longest winning streaks in NCAA basketball history (111 and 90 consecutive games). In addition to her coaching duties, Moseley served as a member of the University of Connecticut Diversity Council and was on director of athletics David Benedict's Leadership Team. Furthermore, she was a member of the Student-Athlete Development Diversity Committee and was the athletics department's liaison to the Office of Diversity.

Mbakwe Okafor is Associate Director of Admissions & Multicultural Outreach at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, NH. Formerly he was the Coordinator of Multicultural Recruitment at The Fessenden School in West Newton. A founding board member of the Massachusetts Charter School Athletic Organization (MCSAO). Mbakwe spent nine years at Codman Academy Charter Public School; during his tenure as Wellness Director, the program received the 2011 Gold-Level MA School Wellness Award from the MA Departments of Elementary and Secondary Education and Public Health. In May 2012, Mbakwe was named by The Boston Globe as one of the Globe 100, which recognizes the top innovators in MA. Mbakwe received his Bachelor of Arts in English at The College of the Holy Cross and Masters in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University. He attended the Berkshire School as a postgraduate before earning a basketball scholarship to Holy Cross. Mbakwe lives in Easton, MA, with his wife, Guerlande, and two sons, Ikenna and Ethan, and in his free time enjoys reading to his sons and playing basketball with family and friends.

Dr. Vadnais received her medical degree from the University of Vermont and her MPH from Harvard University. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency and maternal fetal medicine fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Vadnais is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and maternal fetal medicine.
Dr. Vadnais comes to Shooting Touch as an advisor on the organization's health education curriculum here in Boston and overseas in Africa. We know the resources that she will bring to the organization will only help propel its impact in bringing vital health education to under-resourced youth around the world through the power of sport.

After becoming a beloved player for the Boston Celtics to start his NBA career, Grant now plays for the Dallas Mavericks. He is a leading advocate for women’s equality in sport and is a perfect addition to this incredible group of altruistic minds, eager to advance Shooting Touch’s mission of health, racial, and gender justice through the game of basketball. Prior to getting drafted by the Celtics in the 1st Round of the NBA Draft in 2019, he was a standout player and person at the University of Tennessee, where he received back-to-back SEC Player of the Year awards (2017-2018, 2018-2019) as a member of the men's basketball team and took part in the university's VOLeaders Academy, a group of student-athletes working to create positive change through sport.
Grant is a known leader within the NBA, serving as the First Vice President of the National Basketball Players Association and is an active participant in local community service opportunities.
Grant is from Charlotte, North Carolina, where he has established the Grant Williams Family Foundation, dedicated to identifying and promoting opportunities for the next generation through sports, financial empowerment, mentorship, and the arts.

Katie Carlson is a vocal advocate for the rights of women and girls around the world. As a specialist in gender and development with a particular focus on the African context and concentrated experience in Rwanda, Katie has been collectively studying, writing about and working in gender for over 13 years. In recent years she has focused primarily on developing capacity-building and training programs, and has extensive experience in project management and community development.

Nathalie Neema has grown up around Africa and now works in Kigali as the Lead in Operations at Impact Hub; working with community Growth and Management, developing Impact Measurements, managing events and Project Planning. Previously, she was an Operations Manager at SMGF Ltd (Societe Mutuelle de Garantie et de Financement). Nathalie has also volunteered with Solid Africa, GIZ, Umutima Women Center, Rwandan Orphan Project and with Shooting Touch before acting as a board member.
Crispin Gishoma is the Director of Rwanda Diabetes Association (RDA) since 2012 and the Chairperson of Non Communicable Diseases Alliance in Rwanda. He has been working for RDA after completing his undergraduate degree in economics in 2004. Crispin specialized in Project Planning and Management with a Masters degree and is currently pursuing a second Master degree in Global Health at the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda.
It is the individual stories of endurance and struggle of people living with Diabetes in Rwanda that motivates Crispin to work hard to provide the best possible health care in Rwanda and to raise awareness about diabetes and other NCDs. As the Director of RDA he manages an organization of 18 employees that runs a centre for diabetes education and vocational skills, organizes conferences, conducts hospital visits and follow-up of diabetics around the country, patients’ group support, awareness campaigns and more.

Shema–Maboko Didier, born in Kigali, Rwanda, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sports from the Kigali Institute of Education, as well as a Master’s Degree in Sport and Olympic Studies, with a specialization in Sport for Development and Peace, from University of Tsukuba, Japan. He is passionate about the game of basketball, having played and coached at a high level. He has also worked as a basketball referee for 22 years, including 11 years as a FIBA International Referee. Currently, he is a FIBA Technical Delegate.
Shema served as a consultant in Sports Organization Management and Technical Director of the Rwanda Basketball Federation. He is a former Government of Rwanda Official in the Ministry of Sports in the position of Permanent Secretary from 2019 to 2022.
Additionally, Shema was involved with the International Basketball Foundation (IBF) “Basketball for Good” project through the Rwanda Basketball Federation (2016-2017), and has published several academic papers focusing on sport-for-development issues.

Dr. Magnifique Irakoze was born in Butare, a small village 2 hours outside of Kigali. Through his hard work and dedication, he received a scholarship through medical school and became a doctor in 2016. Magnifique has a strong passion for helping create a healthier nation and is extremely involved with empowering the youth. Magnifique is the Regional Director for the International Federation of Medical Students Association, the Vice President of AfriYAN (African Youth and Adolescents Network) and a teacher to 1st, 2nd and 3rd year medical students with the University of Rwanda.

Atkinson was recently named the Brooklyn Nets' newest Head Coach although currently serving an assistant coach for the Atlanta Hawks through the rest of the season. He joined the Hawks after serving as an assistant for the New York Knicks for 4 years. Before joining the Knicks, Atkinson spent the 2007-08 season as the Director of Player Development with the Houston Rockets where he was responsible for improving player performance through on-court, one-on-one skill development and the use of video analysis.
Atkinson joined the Rockets after three years serving as the Director of Player Development/Assistant Coach with the Paris Basket Racing Club in France from 2004-06. While in Europe, Atkinson also was a Reebok EuroCamp Coach in Treviso, Italy during the summers of 2005 and 2007. He spent the 2006 summer as the Director of Player Development for the national team of the Republic of Georgia.
Following a standout collegiate career at the University of Richmond where he led the Spiders to a Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Tournament, the Northport, NY-native and St. Anthony's HS (South Huntington) graduate played professionally in Italy, France, Holland, Germany and Spain from 1991-2004

Fran Fraschilla joined ESPN as a college basketball game and studio analyst in 2003. He serves as an analyst primarily on Big 12 and BIG EAST Conference men's basketball games. In addition to men's college basketball, Fraschilla has been an analyst on ESPN's NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship coverage since 2007 and is a regular on ESPN and ESPNU studio shows. Fran has been a successful head coach at the collegiate level for 23 years including University of Mexico, Manhattan College and St. John's University.
Active in several charity organizations, Fraschilla has participated in the NABC/American Cancer Society's “Coaches vs. Cancer 3-Point Attack," NY State Special Olympics, The O'Hara Foundation, St. John's Bread and Life and White Plains Parks and Recreation. He was chairman of the NABC Committee on Academics from 1994-2002. Fraschilla served as an Honorary Chairman for the 2000 New Mexico Special Olympics Summer Games, as well as the Honorary Chairman for the UNM Library Development program. Fraschilla received a bachelor's degree in American history from Brooklyn College in 1980.

Legendary St. Anthony's high school basketball coach, Bob Hurley, has helped win his teams over 930 games, including 25 state and 3 national championships throughout his 35 year career. Coach set the modern-day New Jersey state high school record with 66 consecutive victories. He has coached 3 NCAA All-Americans and also coached 5 NBA players.
Coach Hurley was a finalist for induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame. Father of Bobby Hurley (former Duke player #7 overall draft pick of the Sacramento Kings in 1993) and Danny Hurley (former Seaton Hall player and current coach at St. Benedicts Prep coach), each of whom played under Coach Hurley at St. Anthony's High School.

Chiney, younger sister of Nneka, is a Nigerian-American professional basketball player for the Connecticut Sun. She is 6' 3" and plays power forward. She attended Cypress Fairbanks High School in Cypress, Texas, winning the 5A State Championship in her sophomore and senior seasons as well as playing in three Final Fours with Stanford University. As of January 3, 2014, she holds the record for most rebounds in the history of Stanford Women's Basketball and the Pac-12 Conference. Since her debut in the WNBA in 2014, Chiney was selected 2014 WNBA Rookie of the Year. Chiney and her older sister, Nneka, are the only siblings other than Eli and Peyton Manning to be selected #1 in a draft in any sport.

Kelly is a Canadian-born professional basketball player for the Miami Heat. He was an NCAA All-American while playing for the Gonzaga University Bulldogs. He was studying for a Master of Business Administration at Gonzaga University, having earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in December 2012.
He announced on April 19, his 22nd birthday, that he would skip his senior year and declare for the NBA draft.He also represents the Canadian national basketball team. Olynyk was selected with the 13th overall pick by the Dallas Mavericks in the 2013 NBA Draft and immediately traded to the Boston Celtics. Now with the Utah Jazz and playing for Team Canada, Olynyk is a strong contributor on the floor and serves as a respected veteran leader.

Sam Presti recently completed his ninth season with the Oklahoma City Thunder after being named the 11th General Manager in club history on June 7, 2007. A year into his tenure with the Thunder, Presti was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Manager by Professional Basketball Club Chairman, Clayton Bennett. After his third season at the helm of the Thunder, Oklahoma City experienced one of the largest turnarounds in NBA history. After capturing the franchise's first playoff berth in Oklahoma City, Presti was named NBA Executive of the Year by The Sporting News.
Prior to joining the Thunder, the 35-year-old Presti held a variety of roles with the San Antonio Spurs. After starting in 2000 as a video intern for Gregg Popovich, Presti most recently served as the team's vice-president and assistant general manager from 2005 through 2007. As a member of the Spurs, Presti was part of NBA Championship teams in 2003, 2005, and 2007 as well as five division titles.
Presti earned his bachelor's degree in 2000 in communications, politics and law from Emerson College in Boston, where he was the first Rhodes Scholar nominee in school history. The Concord, Mass. native served as team captain of the Emerson College basketball team during both his junior and senior seasons. In addition, Presti earned All-Academic honors two times and was also twice selected to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Tournament team. He was honored with the Emerson College Young Alumnus Award in 2005.

Robert played center for Newton South (MA) High School during the school's first ever Dual County League title season in 1978. He taught basketball at summer camp during high school and college and more recently provides game film and stats for his son's basketball teams.
A 1982 graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Robert is a certified public accountant and is Director of Tax Operations at Granite Telecommunications, LLC.
Robert resides in Sharon, MA with his wife, Andrea, and their basketball-loving son, Daniel, both of whom have helped raise funds for Shooting Touch.

Jay Triano is a retired Canadian professional basketball player, a former head coach of the NBA's Toronto Raptors, and currently an assistant coach with the Portland Trail Blazers.
Triano gained recognition during his tenure as coach of the Canadian men's national team. He is also a former national team player, who competed in two Olympics, starting in 1984. He was born in Tillsonburg, Ontario and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
